Insurance & Pricing Information

Regardless of the provider you see, our office is considered in-network with Aetna and select plans of United Healthcare/Oxford.

For all other insurance plansour office is considered out-of-network, or self-pay. As a courtesy, we will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. However, this is not a guarantee that you will be reimbursed.

Please see below for more information on your specific type of insurance.

Aetna

NYSHIP

We are considered out-of-network with NYSHIP, which means you must pay out-of-pocket for your visit. However, generally speaking, our NYSHIP patients get 100% REIMBURSEMENT for all office, home, and telehealth visits.

Since there are no guarantees, and everything is plan specific, we can review your coverage prior to your appointment and will submit all the necessary paperwork to the insurance company on your behalf with the hope that you get direct reimbursement.

Google Employees

We are considered out-of-network with Google’s Anthem plan which means you must pay out-of-pocket for your visit. However, generally speaking, our Google employee patients get 100% REIMBURSEMENT for all office, home, and telehealth visits.

Since there are no guarantees, and everything is plan specific, we can review your coverage prior to your appointment and will submit all the necessary paperwork to the insurance company on your behalf with the hope that you get direct reimbursement.

Anthem BCBS & Cigna

We are considered out-of-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield & Cigna plans, which means you must pay out-of-pocket for your visit. However, we will submit all the necessary paperwork to the insurance company on your behalf so that you may be able to get some direct reimbursement.

While there are no guarantees, and everything is plan specific, generally speaking these patients get 70-100% REIMBURSEMENT for office, home, and telehealth visits as long as they have out-of-network benefits and have met their out-of-network deductible for the year.

Other Insurance Plans

For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network. Unfortunately, we do not generally have success getting our patients reimbursed who have the following plans:

  • Emblem/GHI

  • 1199 SEIU

  • all NYS marketplace plans

  • all Medicaid plans
